Cover photograph: Genome structure of Flaviviridae viruses . The family Flaviviridae comprises four genera, Flavivirus, Pestivirus, Pegivirus , and Hepacivirus. Flaviviridae viruses commonly possess a single‐stranded positive‐sense RNA encoding 2–4 structural proteins and 7‐8 nonstructural proteins. Unlike Hepacivirus and Pegivirus , the Flavivirus and Pestivirus genomes encode secretory glycoproteins called NS1 and Erns, respectively. Microbiol Immunol : 63:401–406. Article link here .
