Cover photograph: Murine monocyte‐macrophage RAW264.7 cells were treated with CAMP factor from Streptococcus pyogenes . The cells were stained with anti‐clathrin antibody and a secondary Alexa Fluor 488–conjugated goat anti‐rabbit IgG ( green ). Nuclei were indicated with DAPI ( blue ). It was suggested that the vacuoles induced by S. pyogenes CAMP factor in macrophages were clathrindependent endosomes from the microscopic analysis. Microbiol Immunol : 62:617–623.
