Double immunofluorescence analysis using biotinylated Strep A and anti‐CD79a monoclonal antibody in recurrent tonsillitis. Anti‐Strep A reactivity is stained red with Alexa Fluor 568, and CD79a (plasma cell marker) is immunolocalized in green with Alexa Fluor 488. The nuclei are stained blue with DAPI. The picture demonstrates a merged image. The green color indicates plasma cells. The orange (red and green merged) color indicates plasma cells producing Strep A‐reactive antibodies
