In the era of the knowledge economy, innovation and R&D has been paid more and more attention by people. The importance of the R&D team in improving the innovation performance of an enterprise is self-evident. Furthermore, due to the unique human capital characteristics of the R&D team members, fractal research on the human capital of the R&D team is very necessary. On this basis, this paper builds the human capital fractal model of the R&D team, uses the Vensim PLE simulation analysis environment for simulation analysis, and draws the research conclusions: the R&D team’s desire to improve human capital, the R&D team’s desire to integrate knowledge, and the R&D team’s human capital increase. The increase in the amount of R&D team will positively affect the human capital of the R&D team, however, the change of the decrease in the amount of the human capital of the R&D team will negatively affect the human capital of the R&D team.
