The thermal expansion of nadorite has been studied in the temperature range 295–123 K by determining the variations of the lattice parameters on an automated Philips PW 1100 single‐crystal diffractometer. The elements of the thermal‐expansion tensor at 295 K are: α a = 16 (2), α b = 17 (1) and α c = 49 (6) x 10 −6 K −1 . The difference in magnitude of the thermal expansion coefficients can be attributed to the different binding strengths along the crystallographic axes.
