The channel systems of (4‐methylpyridine) 4 Ni(NCS) 2 and (4‐vinylpyridine) 4 Co(NCS) 2 are described and compared. Much similarity is found and the minimum diameters of free passage are estimated in each case. It is concluded that both complexes are clathrates with notable zeolitic properties.
