A computer program, written in Fortran IV, is described which analyses data collected from. a Schulz texture goniometer. Graphical output is in the form of pole figures, drawn on a digital plotter. A resolving power of the order of one degree is obtainable, enabling accurate studies to be undertaken on the preferred orientation in polymers. The full program, together with sample data and output is available on request.
