Renal insufficiency can occur in patients with congenital lower urinary tract malformations (LUTM) even when managed during infancy. Data in the current literature concerning this subject remain sparse. The aim of this study was to report the feasibility and long-term results of renal transplantation during adulthood in patients with a congenital LUTM.
