To investigate hyperreflective foci (HF) on spectral-domain optical coherence tomography in patients with Type 1 diabetes mellitus across different stages of diabetic retinopathy (DR) and diabetic macular edema (DME) and to study clinical and morphological characteristics associated with HF.
