To determine the effects of fasudil, a Rho-kinase inhibitor, on mineralocorticoid-induced myocardial remodeling, we investigated whether fasudil would suppress myocardial fibrosis and inflammation in deoxycorticosterone-acetate (DOCA)/salt hypertensive rats.
