The following manuscript is the winning 2019 Richard Hader Visionary Leader Award entry submitted to Nursing Management in recognition of Iesha Bethley, MSN, RN, CMSRN, neurology unit nurse manager at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center in Baton Rouge, La. Iesha was formally recognized for her achievements before the Keynote Address on October 17 at Congress2019 in New Orleans, La., where she received the award, sponsored by Hackensack Meridian Health.
