A Female cadaver of 52 years of age was being dissected during routine cadaveric dissection and demonstration the abdominal cavity has double inferior vena cava. Venous variations and anomalies are most common but some studies state that double inferior vena cava is the rarest i.e. 0.2 –3%. This anomaly can be studied in living by the Computed Tomography scanning or Magnetic Resonance Imaging. Knowledge of this variations is important as it is generally associated with renal anomalies. No abnormalities observed in this case. Support or Funding Information American Association of AnatomistsDouble Inferior venecava
