Evidence‐based medicine in its present form should not be considered only in the context of medical practice, but also as a methodological basis for the world view formation of the modern physician, who aimed to use the experience of the world to meet the challenges all health problems. It is with the training of students at the undergraduate level and advanced training of doctors should begin implementation of the evidence principles in health care, research and clinical activities. The basis of teaching evidence‐based medicine should be based on the principles of a systematic approach and continuity of education throughout the professional life of a physician. Evidence‐based medicine should not be viewed as a separate discipline of the curriculum, but as a set of activities, integrative, gradually preparing the physician to make decisions or focusing it on a constant search for new information to solve health issues. The structure of morbidity rate has changed in favor of the chronic diseases that occur over decades, and medicines treatment and diagnosis of patients became as a huge, plenty of billiondollar business. There is little doubt that the medicine based on evidence ‐ where about it is all about, it is better that it displaces. It is possible that it will be not as effective as we hope, for the production of conclusive evidence requires time consuming, expensive, and probably not feasible at all to the end.
