Faculty advisors of the ASBMB Undergraduate Affiliate Network clubs continuously cite the importance of the faculty networking opportunities during the year and at the national and regional meetings. The opportunity to engage in creative and stimulating discussion with others teaching courses, and getting feedback from colleagues on research, is frequently noted as valuable. Junior faculty welcome the mentoring and career advice. Financial support for activities such as outreach is valuable to both students and advisors. In this session we will discuss the UAN, networking, and how to participate.
