In America currently there are about 88 million members of the Net Generation (N‐Geners). The generation X (past generation) conducted their business mostly with the telephone and television. Today the “N‐Geners” not only has access to those devices but also super‐realistic video games, the internet, e‐mail, instant messaging, online communities, and videos and music that can be downloaded over a computer. This Generation is optimistic, positive, and driven to succeed. High achievers crave rewards and accolades for their hard work. They know that there are many significant problems affecting the world. They also know that the solutions to these problems are located in the youthful innovation and ever‐improving technology. Since 2010, we have been focused in developing a series of innovative strategies geared toward improving our teaching process in the Anatomy Laboratory in order to promote life long learning through interpersonal training and collaboration. They included dissection videos, Inatomy (muscuoskeletal application for classic Ipod), Ianatomy (Ipod Touch), Ipad iniative, virtual dissection, Virtual Reality, osteology, Imagenology, prosecction, plastination models, anatomical variation, superficial anatomy, muck simulation, self assessment, proctoring to proctor, and reciprocal peer teaching in the context of promoting spirituality, and professionalism, emphasizing the deep respect and gratitude for the human body that is made available to train the future generation of humanistic physicians.
