The new MCAT2015 exam is demanding a reexamination of course content and outcome requirements. This is especially true as assessable competencies rather than specified courses gain increasing emphasis and specific content becomes a vehicle to promote the critical thinking skills of analysis, application and evaluation. To assist undergraduate teaching faculty in preparing students for the biochemistry competencies of the MCAT2015 exam, the American Association of Medical Colleges (AAMC) has developed the Pre‐Health Collection within MedEdPORTAL's iCollaborative. The iCollaborative provides faculty and students at medical schools with web‐based, peer‐reviewed instructional materials. The Pre‐Health Collection contains web resources to help faculty who teach undergraduate students incorporate high quality teaching material which are specifically reviewed to address pre‐health competencies. To increase the number and quality of teaching resources for biochemistry within the Pre‐Health Collection, a community of users and contributors are needed. A description of the Pre‐Health Collection and the process for participating and making contributions will be presented. Support provided by the AAMC.
