Using dietary intake from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey 2003–2006, we determined usual intake for vitamin A, C, E, B 6 , folate, Mg, P, and Zn with Software for Intake Distribution Estimation (Iowa State University) based on 3 levels of household income (<$25,000, $25,000–74,999, and ≥$75,000).
