The study reports the vertebral artery on the left side originated from the arch of aorta and entered the transverse foramen of the 3rd cervical vertebra. It was also found that the right vertebral took its origin from the right subclavian artery. The thyrocervical trunk and its branches on both the sides had no variations in the branching pattern. The diameter of the left vertebral was smaller than the right.
