Improving immune activities of Centella asiatica L. urban were investigated on follows nanoparticle of extracts associated with ultrasofication process and showed the high promotion of human B and T cell growth, about 5–35% compared to the control. The secretion of IL‐60 and TNF‐ α was also enhanced as 2.73x10 −4 pg/cell and 2.37x10 −4 pg/cell each, by the addition (0.5 mg/ml) of the nano samples. NK cell activation was improved up to 15% higher than the control, through adding nanoparticles. It was also found that extracts from C. asiatica L. could has high inhibition activity of Hyaluronidase as IC 50 about 200 μg/ml. It can be concluded that the nanoparticle from C. asiatica L. has higher improving immune activities than others, possibly by higher efficiency of immuno‐modulatory than extracts.
