109 absolutely healthy junior students of the Eurasian university participated in investigation. To determine the types of individuals cluster analysis of a set of psychic and physiological characters including extraversion and neurotics on the basis Aizenk test, motor and sensor functional asymmetry indices, pyrometer, arterial pressure and cardiac beat (heart rate). According to the results of carpal dynamometric the index of motor asymmetry has been estimated as the difference between average indices of the right and left hand. The results of measuring heartbeat rate were used to determine vegetative Kerdo index, the level of anxiety has been determined by the results Spielberg‐Hanin tests. Positive phase changes degree of psychic and emotional tension, mental efficiency, and vegetative regulation during academic year is revealed. The most expressed psychic and emotional tension was displayed by the first year students in the autumn period and the tension of adaptation mechanisms were displayed by the second year students. In spring the most deflection of autogenic rate were displayed by the first year students. The number of students with high rate of anxiety, reduction of mental efficiency and manifestations of unsatisfactory adaptation increased.
