This study examined gene expression changes associated with external heat stress in vivo. The liver RNA was obtained from six males Rattus which separated two group. One group, control, were presented normal room temperature, another have been under heat stress at 38□ for 5 hours a day for two weeks. Expression analysis was performed on Affymatrix Gene Chip Rat genome 230 2.0 Array from pooled samples obtained at three times for Control group and compared with under heat stress group. After normalization, the analysis identified 351 transcripts that had one‐fold or greater increases and 630 transcripts that had one‐fold or greater decreases in expression. Many of changed genes which are involved in protein processing, transcription, and cell growth, showed significant changes in transcript abundance following exposure to heat stimulus. There were confirmed which have related with various chronic degenerative disease. It means heat stimulus has some positive effect of disease. And we found differentially expressed genes by heat stimulus related to a disease with affirmative role. In conclusion, If people keep regular Heat Stimulus like a Sauna, becomes to healthy and prevention from a disease.
