The problem of optimization of processes reparative regenerations of a bone stock is one of actual and is still unresolved questions in modern traumatology and orthopedy study. Fusion of bone fragments at fracture is difficultly organized multilevel regenerative process in which there are no of systems of an organism intact. Therefore search of ways of influence on reparative osteogenesis is a basic problem in theoretical and clinical traumatology and orthopedy. (Tkachenko S.S. and co‐authors, 1982; Gertsen I.S., Serduk V.V., 1983; Iryanov U.M., 1998; Desyatnichenko K.S. and co‐authors, 2000; Zhadenov I.I. and coauthors, 2001; Omel yanenko N.P. and co‐authors, 2002). In this point the big interest offers the usage of the vibration, which has influence on bone stock reparative regeneration stimulation, hemodynamics and function of the nervously‐muscular device. Recommendations on use of vibration at fractures do not find wide usage yet, because there no scientific substantiation of a technique of vibration depending on localization of the fractures, applied treatment, clinical course. Meanwhile modern methods of fixing bone fragments implementations opens wide opportunities for vibration usage without derangements of main principles of fractures treatment. Mechanisms of medical action of micro vibration are caused by strengthening of a local blood‐groove and microcirculation, improvement of venous and lymphatic outflow, osteoreceptors and proprioreceptors stimulation, piezoeffect on a joint fragments of broken bone, increase of a local metabolism, etc.
