Interdisciplinary pedagogy, especially team‐taught courses, can advance STEM success for all students. This presentation focuses on three pedagogical exemplars: learning communities, co‐teaching, and team teaching. It explores my use of narrative, both written and in virtual worlds, in interdisciplinary courses over the past decade. I will also illustrate how to apply the insights of interdisciplinary pedagogy to STEM education.
