The genotoxicity of new synthetized tetrazoles(5‐amino‐tetrazolo[1,5‐c] pirimidin‐7ol) was studied(125 μg/ml) in vitro in peripheral human lymphocytes. Frequency of apoptic cells at lymphocytes treated by terazoles was higher, statisticaly significant, compare with control. Frequency of necrotic cells at lymphocytes treated by terazoles was higher, compare with control. Frequency of micronucleus(MN) at binucleted cells (BN‐cells)at human lymphocytes, treated by terazoles was higher, but not statistically significant, compare with control. According these investigation we suggested that tetrazoles are genotoxic.
