Protective effect of ginseng panaxadiol monor Rb1 on assay the index of biochemistry of heart failure

Background Previopus studies have demonstrated by us that ginseng panaxadiolsaponin monomer RB1 have protective effect of endothlin‐1 induced myocardial ischaemia. Oblective This study is to examine protective effects of heart failure by Wu babito induced with RB1 comepared with nitroglycerin and issosorbide dinitrate in assay the index of biochemistry. Method These experiments used Wistar adult rat of health. To make animal model by wu babito, isosorbide dinitrate as positive control, examine the effect of RB1, these durg were injected into a vine after 30min, take out hearts and to determine SOD (active unite/ml) by the method of he huang su‐NBT, to determine CAT (10‐4kg/Hb) by the method of H2O2, to determine LPO (by this method of TBA. Results These result indicate that effect of Rb1 were clear and obvious. Normal of SOD, CAT, LPO were separately 19.77+/−5.85, 3.754+/−2.74, 0.314+/1.236, after used Wu babito SOD, CAT, LPO were separately 15.652+/0.010, 1.273+/−0.376, 0.421+/0.160, after used isosorbide dinitrate, SOD, CAT, LPO were separately 21.63+/−0.77, 1.543+/−0.44*, 0.455+/−0.02*, however, after used Rb1, SOD, CAT, LPO were separately 15.979+/−1.534*, 1.264+/−0.771*, 0.483+/−0.120. Conclusion These result show to increase these concentration of enmyzy by Rb1 and enhand the effect of resisting free base of oxygen, so RB1 have protective effect on heart failure.
