The evolution controversy is rife with alternatives. Like a giant buffet dinner, we have sitting before us a feast of alternative explanations for the origin of species. Depending on your tastes, one can dine on atheism, creationism, intelligent design, or theistic evolution. What is hard to find is pure science, unspiced and ungarnished with one or another ideology. This panel presentation will provide the recipes for each dish. Even though some diners believe they must choose between science and religion, a closer look will show this is not an accurate depiction of the alternatives. Nobody rejects science. All parties hold a high opinion of science. Even distinctively religious claims hold science in highest regard. The alternatives must be seen as offering alternative views of what constitutes good science. Here are the different recipes we will taste.
