This article, which appears at the beginning of this issue, is the correct version of a paper that appeared previously in issue number 15, pages 3563—3566. The Publishers deeply regret any confusion that may have been caused by our erroneous printing of the earlier incorrect version. The authors of the above paper wish to note that the volume of YPAD medium used in the first step of the electroporation protocol is incorrectly stated as being 300ml. The first sentence of the protocol should read: 1. Inoculate cells into 100ml of liquid YPAD medium and grow overnight to 1—2xlO 8 cells/ml.
