Sprays were applied to mature trees in Douglas, MI ('E' Block) on 7 Jun at a rate of 90 gpa with an FMC 1029 sprayer. Treatments were arranged in a completely randomized design of single trees replicated 4 times. Dodine, Captan, Nova, Rubigan, and NAA were applied separately to all treatments. Applications of all materials were made on 7 Jun. Evaluation of pests was made on 7 Jun (pre-count), 10 Jun, 17 Jun, and 24 Jun. Motile stages of leafhoppers were counted on the end 4 leaves of 25 terminals per tree (100 per treatment).
