The using of the released (“defreezed”) additional degrees of freedom is considered to control by the relative angular momentum of reaction/momentum wheels and to unload this relative angular momentum. The change of the relative angular momentum of wheels is fulfilled with the help of its translation to additional internal rotors and main body of spacecraft.
