This paper proposes to reduce harmonics in induction motor drive using MLI. In recent years many industries started using variable frequency drives. Develop the less harmonic output to input of induction motor using multi level inverter. Distortions due to Harmonics largely occur when loads intake non sinusoidal current from system. It is mainly observed at inverters present in the system. The voltage from power system is generally not a pure sinusoidal wave. Useful algorithm can be developed and interact with multi level inverter then it can reduces the unwanted harmonics.
