
Perfection of the methodology for calculating the keyway broach through the experimental data of photomechanics

In work by the method of photomechanics, the stress-strain state of the models of the keyway broach is evaluated. Models are made of optically sensitive organic glass of E2 grade. The aim of the research is to improve the method of calculating the keyway broach based on experimental data obtained by the photomechanics method. The effect of the radius of the transitional fillet on the stress concentration in the models of new and reconditioned keyway broaches is studied.
