Since the affected by COVID-19 outbreak, the conference organizers offer the hybrid meeting which is both onsite at the conference venue, the ZIGN Hotel, Pattaya, Thailand, and virtual online to those authors who are unable to attend the conference due to any traffic difficulties in September 11-13, 2020.
