In this study, we develop an information system to generate the assembly order of parts to reduce work difficulty during parts assembly. Several types of tables are proposed to store the relationship of connection and contact between parts and characteristics related to the structure between parts causing work difficulty. In addition, a mathematical model is constructed to generate the assembly order of parts to reduce work difficulty. The effectiveness of the developed system is evaluated based on numerical and assembly experiments using an actual product.
