4th International Conference on Information Processing and Control Engineering (ICIPCE 2020) was held in the virtual way at university of California, Berkeley, USA during June 27-29, 2020. Due to unexpected outbreak of Co-vid 19, considering the safety and the smooth publication procedures, the conference committee collected suggestions from attendees, resulting in the taking place of the online conference through Zoom. With the e-conference, the speakers were talking 45 minutes each concerning their research field. The authors shared the 15-minute presentation with attendees. The interactive conference ended successfully.
