The article investigates the problem of choosing the best available technology that must match the concept of sustainable production. When choosing a technology, the difficult task of comparing alternative technological options should be solved. It is necessary to assess the indicators of environmental, economic and social criteria, but which often contradict each other. The article presents an approach to select the best technology for the production of metal grid, composite grid and basalt grid with the use of Analytical Hierarchic Process.
