For Americans who wish to adopt children from other countries, international adoption visas are issued to the child for entrance into the United States. With the Laws and regulations are changing so often, the number of international adoptions fluctuating with these changes. We are interested in forecasting future visa values from prior visa value data. Our results support that it is possible to predict future international adoption visa numbers but for only a few years into the future due to the laws and regulations changing frequently.
