Peer review declaration

All conference organisers/editors are required to declare details about their peer review. Therefore, please provide the following information: • Type of peer review: Double-blind • Conference submission management system: First, participants had to submit their manuscripts to Easychair . Second, the manuscripts were reviewed and selected for presentation in the conference. Third, the manuscripts were checked for plagiarism by Turnitin . Fourth, for those manuscripts that have similarity less than 20% can be further reviewed by our referees. Fifth, some of those manuscripts that full fill the requirement as international publication are accepted. When necessary, the manuscripts have to be revised according to the referee’s comments. Sixth, the editors checked all the layout form based on IOP format.
