All over the world, numerous applications in the field of aerospace and structural constructions are carried out using metal matrix composites as a suitable alternate for traditional materials. The preparation of AA7075/TiB 2 /MoS 2 hybrid composites was carried by stir casting technique. The mechanical properties of the fabricated hybrid composites have been improved by the addition of reinforcement. The aerospace applications involve high load bearing capacity and corrosive resistance in their components. Wear performance of the hybrid composite was examined by using pin-on disc machine for identifying influential process parameters and optimum results of lower wear rate were observed for the combination of higher reinforcement. The SEM image of wear surface analysis of hybrid composites describes the abrasive wear mechanism.
