A universal set of indicators for assessing the effectiveness of transport companies is proposed. The practical application of the proposed set of indicators is confirmed by their versatility, a simple algorithm of actions and mathematical calculation. Moreover, to prove practical application, the proposed methodology was tested to assess the effectiveness of transport companies operating in the Tyumen region in Russia.
