Due to the peculiarities of the agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation, the digitalization of agriculture has a number of significant features. At its core, these technologies are innovative, one of the most important functions of which is intellectual. There is a need to clarify the concepts of’transfer of enterprises of all forms of ownership of agroindustrial complex to the figure”: is the process of determining the feasibility of implementation of digitalization and robotics, the purchase of innovative technologies in agribusiness companies, adaptation of the technology and production system, operation and determination of the effectiveness of its use in a specific production, taking into account soil-climatic conditions in the area of implementation.
