The simulation technique of heat distribution in a detail for applying plasma coating in combination with electro-mechanical treatment and cooling by water jet is worked out. It is shown that water cooling substantially decreases the workpiece surface temperature and provides the formation of more rugged coat by reducing of internal stresses in it.
