The data of the long-term observations on atmospheric electricity elements and the results of the surface layer’s electrical state modeling are analyzed. It is concluded that the surface layer electrical characteristics’ monitoring can serve as a control element of anthropogenic impact on the atmosphere to assess its aerosol and radioactive pollution.
