Sawdust was used as a partial replacement material for sand in coconut shell concrete and coconut fiber were also added with concrete to enhance the properties. The mechanical and durability properties studied are compressive strength test, split tensile test, flexural test, impact test and water absorption, volume of permeable pore voids, rapid chloride penetration test, sorptivity respectively. From the test conducted, the properties of coconut shell concrete with coconut fiber and sawdust gave a better result.
