The analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of the results of the first stage of the regional capital repair program of the Irkutsk region was carried out. The problems of the innovative system of organization of capital repairs of common property in apartment buildings of the Irkutsk region are considered and ways of their solution are proposed.
