This article presents a manipulator for upper limbs rehabilitation Robco ®. The manipulator will be able to allow rehabilitation of the shoulder, elbow and wrist. Manipulator’s hardware, software and web-based user interface have been researched and developed to allow the required functions and properties for rehabilitation procedures. Usability experiments have been performed to investigate the functionalities. The results demonstrate precise positioning and repeatability. Finally, we can conclude that the rehabilitation of upper limbs can be robotized, which will reduce time and costs of the rehabilitation procedures.
