Preface

On behalf of the organizing committee and technical program committee, we would like to extend to you a warm welcome to 2019 4th International Conference on Reliability Engineering (ICRE 2019) in Rome, Italy. The aim objective of ICRE 2019 is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals from all over the world to present their research results and development activities in Reliability Engineering. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration. The proceedings present a selection of 10 papers submitted to the conference from universities, research institutes and industries. We continue to build on the theme of reliability engineering, with keynotes and papers on this important and growing topic. Every year at ICRE we strive to organize a conference that is technical strong while offering a great attendee experience.
