The article defines the need to protect enterprise information systems. To ensure the security of enterprise information system, depending on the stage of a life cycle, it is necessary to design, control and upgrade the information protection system. We propose the approach to designing enterprise information system’s protection based on the method of intelligent decision support, which uses a neural network. To do so we form the mathematical model of intelligent decision support for designing of enterprise information system’s protection. It takes into account the data of monitoring and analysis of security events.
