With the help of the numerical calculation method—Finite Element Method, the numerical simulation and result analysis of a kind of metal elastic element-knitted spring are carried out, mainly focusing on the radial compression and high temperature creep behaviours of the spring. The purpose of this study is to analyse the previous with numerical simulation and explain the influence of configuration parameters on its mechanical properties and to provide data support for design, manufacture and application of the prepared material as an elastic component.
