Preface

The IAECST-International Conference on AI and Big Data Application (AIBDA 2019), organized by Asia-Pacific Institute of Innovation and Economics, was held in Guangzhou, China on December 20-22, 2019. AIBDA 2019 linked experts and scholars in the areas of AI and Big Data Application around the world together to share the latest research achievements, confront the existing problems and challenges, and explore the advanced technologies. Everyone enjoyed three productive days. Mr. Zhijian Li, the chairman of Asia-pacific Innovation Economic Research Institute of Guangdong, was invited to chair AIBDA 2019. And we are honored to have five sophisticated and distinguished experts to serve as our keynote speakers. They are Mr. Huang Yuezhen, President of GRG Banking, Prof. Wei Sun from Sun Yat-sen University, Mr. Wang Hongling, Vice President of CAICT in Guangzhou, Mr. Hongbo Xu, Chairman of Innochain, and Prof. Shengjie Zhao from Tongji University. Thanks to their insightful talks, which formed a lively and heated discussion on site. Thanks to the great success of AIBDA 2019, we are happy to receive a lot of excellent paper featured in the following topics: Information Recognition, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data Management, Big Data Application, Cloud Computing Theory, Cloud Computing Application and other related areas. We have undergone rigid review process and selected and complied the proceedings of AIBDA 2019 to meet the requirements of international publication. We hope this proceeding can share some valuable research to all the scholars in the field of I and Big Data Application around the world.
