The annual International Science and Technology Conference Interstroymeh-2019 was held at Kazan State University of Architecture and Engineering in Kazan, Russia, September 12-13, 2019. The host university is one of the country’s leading universities conducting construction research. The conference is dedicated to discussing contemporary achievements of scientists, opportunities and challenges to implementing developments aimed to improve energy efficiency, reliability of different-purpose machines, as well as smart urban mobility: prospects for using modern information and transport technologies to improve the safety and quality of transport services. More than one hundred people from ten countries took part in the conference. We express our gratitude to the conference participants and wish them new insights and discoveries. Conference Chairs.
